Job Description

Short Description:
Very Senior BA experienced with Project development work and/or function/business process analysis. Develop workflows, requirements, QC testing and production support for projects. Experience working on enterprise level projects with multiple teams.
Complete Description:
This position will require the BA to work in an agile environment with other teams and IT developers to lay out and design the portal structure for the Judiciary Enterprise Internal and External Portal systems, the Enterprise Single Sign On system, the internal AI application, and any other applications/features as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules
Write and manage user stories, business requirements, and functional requirements
Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Create and maintain process flows
Support manual and automated testing
Help investigate and document production issues
Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and improve processes
Support AI-related efforts, including requirements, process analysis, testing, and documentation
Required Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with Agile, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Spec Driven Development (SDD)
Experience writing and managing requirements and user stories
Experience creating process flows and documenting business processes
Experience with manual and automated testing
Ability to analyze problems and recommend process improvements
Experience supporting AI-related projects or AI-enabled applications
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Data Governance concepts
Experience reviewing data definitions or data models created by other teams
Experience working with business users to confirm data meaning and usage
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Experience as a BA- Required 7 Years
Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology- Required 5 Years
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and work flows, and propose areas for improvement- Required 5 Years
Ability to gather data via diverse means (i.e. interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information- Required 5 Years
Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules- Required 5 Years
Experience with testing, training and user support- Required 5 Years
5 years of relevant experience; 5 plus years in particular application area- Required 5 Years
4-year college degree- Required 4 Years
