The Role • Oversee the pneumological ward and perform diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopies, including EBUS and cryo-biopsies. • Conduct thoracic sonography, including drainage and biopsies. • Initiate and manage non-invasive ventilation therapies in collaboration with respiratory therapists. • Participate in interdisciplinary tumor boards and provide on-call and consultation services. • Contribute to the training and education of medical and nursing staff. What You'll Need • Completed specialist training in Internal Medicine or Pneumology. • Advanced bronchoscopy skills are desirable and can be acquired on-site. • High social competence and strong teamwork abilities. • Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and departmental development. • Flexibility and a willingness to learn new technologies.
