• Schedule: Day shift | Full-time

• Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
• Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.
• Assign, monitor and review progress of work.
• Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • One or more of the following:
    • Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or transfer date.
    • Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

Licensure / Certification / Registration / Education:

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work

Additional Preferences:

• LCPC or LCSW licensure required
