Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading AI technology company to hire an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager – Cloud Alliances (AWS) to support a rapidly growing cloud partner marketing organization.

This role will focus on the company’s largest and most strategic cloud partnership, AWS, helping scale joint marketing programs as demand and partnership activity continue to grow. You’ll join an established team of four and work closely with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to execute high-impact programs spanning events, webinars, content, enablement, and demand generation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a partner marketer who is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple programs and stakeholders at once, and able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate joint marketing programs with AWS, including webinars, workshops, events, content initiatives, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Help scale cloud partner marketing programs and operational processes to support increasing demand.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to execute go-to-market initiatives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across internal and external teams.
  • Support partner marketing operations, including review processes, approvals, reporting, and program logistics.
  • Manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) activities, including submissions, tracking, and coordination using established processes and tools.
  • Track partner marketing KPIs, program performance, and ROI, using insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate partner and program data within Salesforce and other marketing systems.
  • Coordinate partner-related operational activities and payments through Zip.
  • Support partner enablement by developing training materials and coordinating educational sessions.
  • Build repeatable, scalable processes that improve execution as the cloud partner organization grows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple marketing programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of partner marketing fundamentals, including partner ecosystems, channel economics, partner journeys, and joint go-to-market programs.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
  • Experience working with marketing automation, analytics, project management, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to create scalable and repeatable marketing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring program performance and optimizing against KPIs.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing organizations.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and similar productivity and documentation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing marketing programs with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or other major cloud providers.
  • Direct experience working within the AWS partner ecosystem.
  • Background in AI/ML, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.
  • Experience developing account-based marketing programs for strategic partners.
  • Familiarity with developer ecosystems and technical partner programs.
  • Experience building partner communities or partner-to-partner initiatives.
  • Understanding of consumption-based or usage-based business models.
  • Experience managing MDF programs and associated reporting processes.
