Job description

About the Role

A B2B SaaS company serving the construction industry is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build and lead its product marketing function. You will shape how customers across multiple markets understand, evaluate, and adopt the product, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Own positioning and messaging across customer segments, personas, and regions.

  • Build the product marketing function, including auditing existing materials and establishing a practical playbook.

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product, partner, and feature launches across four markets.

  • Create sales enablement resources such as battlecards, objection guides, one-pagers, ROI tools, and demo scripts, and coach teams on active deals.

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve product discovery and adoption among construction companies.

  • Develop AI-enabled workflows for competitive monitoring, research synthesis, content drafting, and sales enablement.

  • Lead positioning and messaging for a website rebuild.

  • Turn customer interviews, win/loss data, and market signals into actionable insights and customer evidence.

  • Support regional marketing managers with messaging and positioning guidance.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to eight years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including work with established teams and experience building a function from the ground up.

  • Experience owning product marketing for a SaaS business serving larger organizations with fast-paced sales cycles, and managing work across multiple regions.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an evolving function with limited structure.

  • Experience marketing to construction, property technology, or other traditional, process-heavy industries; familiarity with technical or field-based buyers is helpful.

  • Experience with tools such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AI/ML tools, CRM platforms, or marketing automation platforms is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $130,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

Location

Remote within the United States, with Austin, Texas as the primary location.
