10+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
7+ years of Java development experience
4+ Years of Software Architecture and Solution Design Experience
4+ years of UI Frameworks experience such as with Angular or React JS
4+ Years of Cloud Native Micro Services based development and Design experience
1 year of AI based dev experience using GitHub Copilot/Claude/Devin
0.5 year Generative AI and Agentic AI experience (Google ADK, Lang Chain, MCP)
0.5 year of Prompt Engineering experience
2+ Year of Experience with Developing Automated functional testing using BDD
Experience developing AI prototypes or Production AI Systems
Spring boot application development experience.
Agile Development methodologies
OCP experience
Hibernate experience.
MongoDB or related NoSQL database experience
Oracle SQL experience
Kafka or related Data Streaming technology experience (Kafka, PubSub)
Cloud certification from any cloud providers
Experience with Domain Driven Design principles.
Experience with application non-functional requirements including Monitoring (APM tools), Logging (Splunk), and Distributed tracing. Exposure to observability or monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, AppDynamics)
Experience in build and deploy tools such as Jenkins. Awareness of CI/CD processes in a large application environment.
Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate within a team, and work in a fastpaced learning environment.
Knowledge and understanding of home mortgage origination process: applications, processing, and closing.
