DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure high availability.

• Implement cloud security best practices, access controls, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools).

• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting for automation.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

• Knowledge of Linux administration, networking, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Understanding of cloud security, scalability, and high-availability concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible.

• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
