• Every resource must have 5+ years of SAP PO/interface experience.
• Each candidate must independently meet the minimum experience requirement.
• The team should collectively provide coverage for the additional integration technologies and tools.
• Candidates must be comfortable with on-call support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, troubleshoot, and monitor approximately 180+ interfaces across:
  • IS-PS
  • IS-U
  • CRM
  • GRC
  • BW
  • BOBJ
  • EUNA
  • SuccessFactors
  • Salesforce
  • Ariba
  • Accela
  • Itron
  • MyWaterSD
• Support integrations across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Perform process, data, and machine integration.
• Analyze business processes and recommend process redesign where appropriate.
• Perform interface and data mapping.
• Develop and maintain error-handling mechanisms.
• Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot integration failures.
• Prepare interface unit test documentation.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities with functional teams.
• Support ongoing production integration operations and incident resolution.
