Position Title: Beeline VMS Program Analyst
Duration: 12+ months Contract
Client Location: Santa Clara, CA
Job Details:
WWT is seeking a Beeline VMS Program Analyst to support the extended workforce program of a WWT customer. This role owns the day-to-day operation of the Beeline vendor management system, ensuring contractor records are accurate and compliant across all systems of record. The analyst audits data, builds clear reports for technical and non-technical audiences, and partners with Legal, Procurement, and HR to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate pairs strong analytical and Excel skills with hands-on Beeline experience and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Conduct regular audits of contractor records, ensuring data integrity across all systems of record.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, concise reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively identify data discrepancies and drive resolution in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Use advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar visualization tools alongside AI-powered analytics platforms such as Claude to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
Beeline Operations
  • Apply a working understanding of Beeline workflows, system architecture, and integration activities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Beeline system, including monitoring transactions, running compliance checks, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on Beeline reports and data accuracy through audits and quality checks.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the program and Beeline.
  • Support other contingent workforce projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency with dashboards, MS Excel, and data visualization.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and excellent knowledge of reporting and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Workday and VMS tools (Beeline preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of Beeline platform issue resolution from a business perspective.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for business needs and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, and HR.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to track and manage compliance-related documentation.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

  • Experience identifying process gaps and driving improvements, with a focus on automation and innovation to enhance customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and future readiness.
  • Ability to conduct complex analysis and translate user requirements into attainable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, presentation, and customer service skills when collaborating with internal teams, customers, and trading partners.
  • Effective time management, work prioritization, and delegation skills.
  • Experience working with offshore resources.
