Job description

The Role

Step into the role of Production Coordinator.

Discover an exciting opportunity to take on an integral position here at Joules Head Office, working right at the creative heart of our brand within our Creative Services team.

Working Pattern

This is a part-time role based onsite at The Barn, Joules’ purpose-built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical working hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday (four days per week).

Our Location

Market Harborough in Leicestershire is where the Joules story began back in 1989. This market town is home to the brand’s Head Office and is packed with independent shops, lively bars, and brilliant restaurants. It also benefits from direct transport links to London, making it easy to reach for commuters and visitors alike. It is the perfect spot to balance a creative career with plenty of well-dressed time off.

What You’ll Do

Reporting into our Image and Asset Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our photography and creative shoot operations. From tracking down the exact sample needed for a key campaign to keeping our digital image archives organised, you will ensure our creative teams have everything they need to showcase our fresh, effortless collections.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing our sample wardrobe: Oversee the end-to-end tracking, collation, and auditing of all photography samples across the business, serving as the go-to contact for sample borrowing

  • Keeping shoot days running smoothly: Be on hand to support the studio crew during busy shoot days, locating garments quickly and lending a hand with day-to-day shoot logistics

  • Prepping location shoots: Take charge of packing, garment preparation, and essential international documentation, including Carnets, for location campaign shoots

  • Guiding digital assets: Organise and upload final campaign imagery across internal libraries and third-party partner platforms

  • Collaborating on studio projects: Partner with studio leads on ad hoc creative projects, lending proactive workflow support to keep the studio running effortlessly

What You’ll Bring

To really shine in this role, you will bring a great mix of calm organisation, a genuine interest in photography, and a healthy appreciation for the small stuff that makes a busy studio tick. You are approachable, quick on your feet, and love being the helpful connector who knows where every sample is at any given moment. You are just as comfortable rolling your sleeves up on a fast-paced set as you are keeping detailed records up to date.

We would also love to see:

  • A genuine passion for creative photography and lifestyle retail, with prior studio or creative shoot coordination experience considered a plus

  • Outstanding organisational habits and meticulous attention to detail, especially when auditing samples or preparing international paperwork

  • Great interpersonal skills, feeling completely at ease chatting with stylists, photographers, and senior managers alike

  • A positive, proactive mindset with a love for teamwork and a willingness to stay flexible during peak shoot schedules

  • Strong time management and dependable punctuality to keep critical studio paths moving on time

  • A natural affinity with our 1989 British heritage, our preppy aesthetic, and what makes Joules tick

Your Application

Due to the high volume of applications received for our roles, please note that applications not accompanied by a relevant cover letter are unlikely to be progressed. Please tell us a little about yourself and why you would love to join our creative team at The Barn.

Sponsorship

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. Joules does not hold a Sponsor Licence and would not, therefore, be able to sponsor a successful candidate under the Skilled Worker route. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the right to work without sponsorship.

We encourage early applications for our roles, as our recruitment process begins as soon as the role is advertised. If we successfully fill the position, this advert may close earlier than planned.
