Job Description

The Opportunity

Allegiance Wealth Management is seeking a relationship-oriented Associate Financial Advisor to serve existing and new clients within a collaborative private wealth practice. This role is designed for an advisor who enjoys translating complex financial information into clear, actionable guidance and building trusted, long-term client relationships.

The Associate Financial Advisor will lead client meetings independently and partner with other advisors when appropriate, execute the practice's client service model, contribute to comprehensive financial plans, and help clients implement planning and investment recommendations. Success requires sound judgment, strong follow-through, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

What You Will Do

Client Relationship Management

·         Prepare for and conduct client meetings independently or in partnership with another advisor; document decisions, opportunities, and follow-up items in the CRM.

·         Help clients clarify financial and life goals and connect those goals to a comprehensive planning strategy.

·         Address day-to-day client needs and resolve escalated service matters in partnership with the client service team.

·         Deliver meeting notes and action items to the support team within established service standards, generally within 24 hours.

·         Maintain complete, accurate client records and provide timely, thoughtful responses to client communications.

Financial Planning & Implementation

·         Review client data, financial inventories, and preliminary analyses for accuracy and completeness.

·         Evaluate and help finalize planning recommendations, action plans, and implementation strategies.

·         Interpret financial statements, perform calculations, and run hypothetical scenarios and illustrations.

·         Present recommendations clearly and guide clients through agreed-upon implementation steps.

·         Partner with internal planning resources to ensure advice is comprehensive, practical, and aligned with each client's goals.

Investment Support

·         Complete managed-account reviews and related follow-up after client meetings.

·         Assist with investment policy statements, including customized statements for high-net-worth relationships.

·         Support portfolio reallocations outside established models when appropriate.

·         Communicate the practice's economic and investment perspective to clients in clear, accessible language.

·         Make investment recommendations consistent with practice guidance and applicable regulatory requirements.

Practice Growth & Team Contribution

·         Deepen client relationships and identify opportunities to expand the value of the advice provided.

·         Participate in client-appreciation and organic-growth activities, including natural referral conversations.

·         Develop relationships with centers of influence, such as CPAs and attorneys.

·         Partner with the client service team to maintain accurate client segmentation and deliver the appropriate service model.

·         Identify opportunities to improve workflows, service quality, and team efficiency; delegate and provide feedback when appropriate.

·         Participate in team meetings, special projects, and initiatives supporting the practice's annual goals.

What Success Looks Like

·         Clients experience responsive, proactive service and understand the recommendations provided to them.

·         Meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up are accurate, complete, and timely.

·         Planning and investment recommendations are thoughtful, compliant, and aligned with client goals and practice guidance.

·         The advisor builds trust across the team, contributes ideas, and takes ownership of commitments.

·         Client relationships deepen over time through strong service, comprehensive advice, and appropriate organic growth.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses computers, telephones, and other office equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.

Equal Opportunity

Allegiance Wealth Management is an equal opportunity employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other status protected by applicable law.

What You Bring

·         Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, or Series 63 and 65 registrations.

·         Active state life, accident, and health insurance licenses.

·         Experience supporting or managing client relationships within wealth management, financial planning, or a related financial-services environment.

·         Working knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, investment concepts, and regulated advisory practices.

·         Ability to lead client conversations, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and follow through consistently.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and empathetically.

·         High degree of integrity, organization, accountability, adaptability, and attention to detail.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn CRM, planning, investment, and other proprietary systems.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

·         An entry-level professional designation such as CRPC, RICP, BFA, or APMA.

·         CFP, ChFC, CFA, or CIMA designation, or a demonstrated commitment to pursuing an advanced designation.

·         Experience serving high-net-worth clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary professional partners.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 per year, based on experience, credentials, and demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships. The role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity. Benefits and additional compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
