Job Description

Position Summary:

In this role, you will lead and coordinate medium-complexity, multi-national industrial projects across pursuit and execution phases. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations, while driving technical and commercial success across the project lifecycle.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Coordinate and manage medium-complex, multi-national projects from bid stage through execution and completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including operations, quality, sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, planning, and intercompany stakeholders.
  • Drive techno-commercial discussions, including scope definition, change management, contractual terms, and milestone alignment.
  • Review and approve project commitments such as lead times, technical deviations, and commercial conditions.
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and applicable global codes.
  • Facilitate internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and execution strategies.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings (internal and customer-facing) to establish clear scope, roles, and expectations.
  • Coordinate inspection planning with customers, third-party agencies, and quality teams.
  • Ensure alignment between purchase orders and quotations prior to project acceptance and execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, milestones, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.
  • Monitor progress against plans and drive corrective actions through regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with customer timelines, documentation requirements, and inspection readiness.
  • Provide direction and leadership to global teams contributing to project execution.
  • Manage project financial performance in collaboration with finance teams, ensuring profitability and margin realization.
  • Maintain transparent and regular communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience in project management within industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end project execution.
  • Strong understanding of both technical and commercial project requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with contracts, commercial terms, and customer engagement practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and collaborate effectively with engineering and operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with isolation valves or similar industrial products.
  • Exposure to industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, or metals and mining.
  • Experience managing global or multi-site projects.
  • Understanding of inspection processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Financial acumen including project costing, margin analysis, and profitability tracking.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
