Job Title: UX Designer- Required public sector experience
Rate: £380/Day(Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
Location: Telford - 2 days onsite per week

Job Description:
The CESA Futures Programme is a major 2yr+ programme of work within the overarching Tax Admin Modernisation Programme.
Currently completing the Discovery phase, CESA Futures will modernise the existing CESA application through the creation of new capabilities or the transfer of functionality to other existing systems across the client estate.
Following agile principles, the Build phase will consist of multiple Scrum teams following a two-week sprint cycle.

A major part of the CESA Futures programme is the remediation of the existing Local Data Capture (LDC) and TSS series of applications, which enable end users to manually capture the main Self-Assessment (SA)customer returns.
Further new functionality will be introduced to enable end users to interact with the remediated services.
With a requirement to remediate the capture, view, and amendment of SA returns dating back to 2003 (as a minimum), this requires the design of over 3.5K individual screens, within the client Internal Browser (HiB) Making Tax Digital standard/framework

The CESA Futures Programme is therefore looking for someone who can work as part of a User Experience (UX) team, under the general guidance of a lead UX Designer to produce the designs required in an agile manner.
Initial screen designs (often options) will need to be demonstrated by the UX Designer to the customer for direction, guidance, and agreement on a design to proceed into the build phase. Therefore, good communication skills and client engagement skills are equally as important.
