What would your role be?

You would form part of our F.A.S.T team (Ferrero Availability Standards Team), looking at driving and maintaining availability and standards on and off shelf across a select group of core products. You will be calling upon Grocery stores in your area.

You would need to demonstrate initiative and positive communication skills, working with the store to ensure the on-shelf availability of our product is maximised. You will be responsible for merchandising and replenishing stock, fixing out of stock issues and ensuring Ferrero and its associated brands achieve selling and quality standards in store. On occasion, there may be opportunities to site pre-filled displays that have arrived in-store.

Please be aware that this is a self-employed role with flexible hours of work, which will include afternoon/evening and Saturday working. Preference to be able to drive and have own vehicle.

What do we offer?

Remuneration starting from 15 per hour (12 base rate + 3 bonus for achieving KPIs), increasing up to 18 per hour (base + bonus) with completion of training milestones
