Digital Manager

Digital Manager | Defence | Azure, Cloud & Cyber | Hybrid | SC Eligible

I'm working with an organisation that's investing heavily in its digital transformation and is looking for an experienced Digital Manager to lead the delivery of IT, Cloud, and Cyber services across multiple Defence-focused businesses.

This isn't a traditional IT management role. You'll be the trusted advisor between the business, suppliers, and senior leadership, shaping digital strategy while ensuring technology is secure, compliant, and fit for the future.

You'll oversee Azure, infrastructure, networking, cyber security, and outsourced service providers, while leading a small internal team and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading digital, cloud, and cyber strategy across multiple business units
• Owning supplier relationships and holding service providers accountable
• Driving Azure governance, infrastructure modernisation, and cyber resilience
• Influencing senior stakeholders and shaping long-term technology roadmaps
• Leading a small IT & Cyber team while delivering operational excellence

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience leading IT, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Digital teams
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Cyber Security, Networking, and Enterprise Infrastructure
• A background managing third-party suppliers and IT service delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience within Defence, Government, or another highly regulated environment
• SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain it)
