Job Description

Our client is seeking an Operations and Test Coordinator to join their Assessment team.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in digital assessment delivery, technology operations, software testing, quality assurance or project support.

You will work on nationally significant assessment programs, while developing valuable technical and operational skills.

Key Duties
  • Assist with testing digital assessment platforms and applications
  • Record and monitor test results and system issues
  • Support operational and administrative activities for national assessment programs
  • Maintain documentation, logs and status reports
  • Collaborate with project teams, test analysts and operations specialists
  • Participate in training, mentoring and professional development activities
  • Build skills across assessment operations, quality assurance and technology-enabled services
About You
  • Interested in starting or developing a career in administration.
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and basic computer skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Mature-age applicants with previous administration, reception, customer service or labour hire experience are encouraged to apply.
