Job Description

Role Overview
Apply UK personal finance expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will provide practical, real-world input on how British households manage savings, pensions, mortgages, and personal taxes, helping improve the accuracy, reasoning, and relevance of AI-driven personal finance solutions. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
Complete personal finance workflow tasks, including transaction reviews, budgeting, and account organisation, using securely connected UK bank accounts with personally identifiable information redacted. Provide clear written guidance on UK-specific topics, including ISAs, pensions and SIPPs, mortgages, savings, and HMRC Self Assessment. Assess and critique AI-generated financial advice using defined rubrics, then deliver actionable feedback to improve model reliability and performance.

Verify and review financial documents that demonstrate how UK consumers and advisers manage filing deadlines, account types, and financial decisions. Help develop and refine evaluation rubrics and grading criteria for personal finance outputs. Keep current with UK regulatory changes in personal tax, pension, and savings legislation that affect project deliverables. Qualifications
Formal education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, through a degree or equivalent experience.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience in UK household personal finance, including ISAs, pensions and SIPPs, mortgages, and Self Assessment. Experience in banking, wealth management, financial advice or planning, accountancy, tax planning, or operating an advisory or tax practice. Strong experience with personal finance, financial document handling, rubric evaluation, and troubleshooting. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial subjects in accessible language.

Experience reviewing model outputs or conducting rubric-based evaluations is desirable, but not required. Credentials such as CFP, DipPFS, FCA-authorised IFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, or ATT are valued. CFA and CTP designations are also a strong plus. Work Terms
Remote contract engagement. Compensation
$90 to $110 per hour. Eligibility
You must currently reside in the United Kingdom and maintain active UK-based personal or business bank accounts. Application Process
Submit an application by email.
