We produce machine embroidery designs, project materials, project books, subscription boxes, and events. They know the status of their products, understand what needs to happen next, follow through without repeated reminders, communicate early when something is at risk, and help solve problems before they impact other teams or product timelines.

Drive products from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate with Product Development, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product success. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize products. Create, maintain, and review detailed product documentation, specifications, timelines, and supporting materials. Sourcing new materials for use in products/production. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field preferred; Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods.
