Your next big career opportunity starts here! Join Starbucks Australia as a Shift Supervisor! Starbucks is opening our first ever modular kiosk within Westfield Bondi Junction, and we are looking for superstar Shift Supervisors to be part of our founding team. 

Position details

• Permanent Part-time role
• Fast-food Industry Award Rates  
• Training commences: 2nd November 2026 (Training will take place at our existing Bondi Junction store located within Westfield Bondi Junction.) 

The ideal candidate will be available to work a minimum of three shifts per week across 22.5 hours. 

The Opportunity

Starbucks Shift Supervisors keep the store running like clockwork. They motivate and encourage the team throughout the shift, coaching them and delegating daily tasks. They role model and inspire the delivery of high-quality service while creating meaningful connections with customers and baristas alike.
