Job Description
2 x Project Managers required to work for leading sub contractor with either a background working on large £10m ground works or rc frame projects.
The experienced candidate will be used to being the number 1 on the site, reporting in to the client / main contractor and overseeing the project from start to finish, getting involved in all aspects of the project from the site set up, programming, design stages through to completion.
One of the projects is a £15m package as part of a large £85m refurb on a large education related building in Clerkenwell.
The experienced candidate must have a background working for a subbie solely managing groundworks or rc frame proejcts.
