Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations to lead procurement and inventory management initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess extensive functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management, lead end-to-end implementation projects, and collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM design, implementation, rollout, and support projects on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP MM modules including:
  • Procurement
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory Management
  • Material Master
  • Vendor Master
  • Invoice Verification
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize procurement and supply chain processes.
• Lead integration activities with SAP modules including SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM, FI/CO, and Ariba.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing functional support.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead client workshops.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP MM functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably Private Cloud.
• Multiple end-to-end SAP implementation or migration projects.
• Expertise in:
  • Purchasing
  • Procurement
  • Inventory Management
  • Invoice Verification
  • Material Master
  • Vendor Management
• Experience integrating SAP MM with SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM, FI/CO, and Ariba.
• Strong knowledge of procurement business processes and supply chain management.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to MM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading offshore/onshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA MM Certification.
• Experience with SAP Ariba integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with SAP Best Practices and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industries.
• Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Familiarity with SAP MDG and SAP GTS integrations.
