Outside Sales Representative | Brooklandville, MD, United States | Hybrid

The Role

  • Drive new business development by prospecting and pursuing assigned leads.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest issues and assess customer needs.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations for pest prevention solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with commercial clients.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licenses or certifications (company-sponsored).
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
