Role: Workday Tester


Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. 8 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) tool testing experience with test planning, test case design, defect management experience
2. 4 years of Workday HCM testing
3. At least 2 years of client-facing experience
4. Should have collaborated with business analysts, developers to understand the requirements for test case design
5. Should have experience working in any test management tool and test status reporting


Good to have
1. Workday Pro certified professional
2. JIRA and HP QC experience with dashboard creation for test status statistics
3. Led onsite-offshore team
