The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for breakdown assistance.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Handle a variety of common vehicle issues, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
• Work independently and make informed decisions to resolve roadside challenges.
• Start and end your working day from home, with a company vehicle provided.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate technical confidence.
