You'll connect with homeowners, builders, business owners, and property managers, find out what they need, and hand qualified opportunities to our technical team. That team handles system design and quoting, so you can spend your time on relationships and new business. You don't need to know how to wire a speaker or design a camera system.

Find new opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and events
Build relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and property managers who can send us repeat referrals
Keep contacts, opportunities, and activity up to date in our CRM
Share feedback from the field to help improve our marketing and content
Represent Lightman Technology professionally in the community
High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
~ Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
~ S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
~2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
