Callout: 1 week in 2

Callout Allowance: £100 per week when on call

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Electrical Engineer to join our team at a prestigious site on Belgravia, London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, ensuring the building's electrical systems and facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
• Undertake routine inspections and testing of electrical systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of completed works and report any outstanding issues.
• Work effectively alongside other engineers and site-based teams.
• Support the smooth and efficient operation of the building and its electrical systems.
• Participate in the site callout rota, approximately 1 week in 2.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as an Electrical Engineer within a commercial building or facilities management environment.
• Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
• Willingness to participate in the callout rota.
