Job description

CDS Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration

In this position, you'll lead the team that brings brands to life in the club  -  recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising in-store Product Demonstrators. You'll oversee product preparation and presentation, ensure top-notch service for every Club member, and keep communication flowing between warehouse managers, vendors, and your demonstrators, including support for new location grand openings.

Now, about you:

  • Are comfortable recruiting, training, and leading a team in a friendly, motivating way
  • Have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Bring 3+ years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
  • Are detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Can exercise independent judgment and coach employees through performance issues
  • Are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Are available to participate in new location grand openings as needed
