Position: SFMC + Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Role:
We are seeking an experienced SFMC + Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Consultant with 12–20 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem implementation, customer data management, marketing automation, and enterprise solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud, now known as Data 360, with the ability to design and implement integrated customer data and marketing solutions. The role requires a combination of functional consulting, technical architecture, data integration, customer journey orchestration, and stakeholder management skills.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, data engineering teams, enterprise architects, and Salesforce delivery teams to build scalable, data-driven, personalized customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions connecting Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 with SFMC to enable unified customer profiles, intelligent segmentation, and personalized customer journeys.
• Define data flows from source systems through ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and campaign execution.
• Enable Data Cloud-driven audience activation and personalized messaging across email, mobile, and other supported engagement channels.
• Implement appropriate synchronization and integration patterns using APIs, connectors, events, and supported native integrations.
• Ensure consistency of customer identifiers, contact keys, consent attributes, and audience membership across platforms.
• Collaborate with CRM, data engineering, analytics, and enterprise integration teams to resolve data mapping and integration challenges.
• Define monitoring, error handling, reconciliation, and operational support processes for integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign relevance, customer engagement, conversion, and marketing efficiency through unified data and automation.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for enterprise marketing and customer engagement.
• Configure and optimize Marketing Cloud Engagement capabilities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, and CloudPages.
• Develop complex customer journeys, automated campaigns, triggered communications, and personalized marketing experiences.

Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 solutions to unify customer data across multiple enterprise sources.
• Define data ingestion and integration strategies for Salesforce CRM, marketing platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, and third-party systems.
• Configure data streams, data mappings, data model objects (DMOs), data lake objects (DLOs), and transformation processes.
