We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Executive Assistant and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
This role requires fluency in English and Korean to effectively support the CFO and coordinate with global stakeholders.
Work Arrangement: In-person, 5 days per week in Plano, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and ensure effective time management and task prioritization.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for the CFO, managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, meeting materials, PowerPoint presentations, and follow-up documentation. Coordinate onsite and offsite executive meetings, workshops, team-building events, and quarterly off-sites.
- General Office Duties: Order office supplies, process invoices, and handle expense settlements.
- Travel Management: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, travel documents, and last-minute changes.
- Project Management: Assist with tracking key projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. Create and edit documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Coordinate weekly team updates and daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, logistical issues, and other challenges.
- Research & Analysis: Research current market, channel, and competitor trends to stay informed about changing economic conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives
- Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to send professional correspondence on behalf of the CFO’s office
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude with the ability to anticipate executive needs
- Highly collaborative and flexible with changing schedules and procedures
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Work Environment
This position operates in a fast-paced office environment with frequent deadlines and shifting priorities. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
