The Role

• Represent the brand at retail locations, trade shows, and community events
• Engage with potential customers and generate interest in premium window and door solutions
• Conduct in-home consultations by converting initial conversations into appointments
• Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays

• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations
• A naturally outgoing and enthusiastic personality, comfortable initiating conversations
• The ability to remain confident and resilient when facing rejection
• A genuine desire to assist customers and create positive first impressions
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup
• Comfort being on your feet for extended periods
