Retail IT Service Desk Specialist

Accent Group is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide first level IT support across stores, distribution centres, and corporate environments. You will help keep technology operations running smoothly for POS systems, store networks, and end user devices.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in a Service Desk or IT Support role within retail or multi site contexts, with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, POS systems, Windows 10/11, Apple devices, and ITIL basics.
