Job Description

About the Role
AllCare is hiring licensed phlebotomists to serve as Multi-Service Care Specialists across Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in Northern California. In this field-based role, you'll complete route visits that combine four services: medication delivery, phlebotomy, medication reconciliation, and diagnostic testing β€” all in a single facility visit.

This is a Full-time, W-2 employee position with flexible scheduling. You will be assigned to consistent facilities and supported by a dedicated pharmacist and dispatcher on every route.

What You'll Do
On each route visit, you will:

  • Deliver cycle medications to assigned ALF facilities and obtain confirmation of receipt
  • Perform blood draws for scheduled residents following Quest Diagnostics standards
  • Perform diagnostic tests at assigned facilities (TM Flow & VAT) β€” training provided by AllCare
  • Verify and reconcile medication lists with nursing staff
  • Document and photograph each delivery per AllCare's compliance standards
  • Represent AllCare professionally in a clinical setting

Routes are structured for completion by early afternoon.

Compensation & Schedule
Full-Time (W-2):
Your pay combines a competitive hourly rate with a per-service performance bonus and mileage reimbursement:

  • $25–$30/hr β€” paid for hours worked at the facility (rate confirmed at offer)
  • Performance bonus per service successfully delivered to each patient β€” amount confirmed at offer
  • Mileage reimbursed at $0.725/mile β€” outbound routes only
  • Flexible scheduling based on availability β€” days assigned weekly by Dispatch

Your earnings grow with the number of patients and services you deliver. Compensation is discussed and confirmed at the offer stage.

  • Valid California Phlebotomy Technician license (CPT I or CPT II) β€” required
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Professional written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable working independently in assisted living and clinical environments
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to structured procedures
  • Medical benefits
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • AllCare-branded uniform and official name badge
  • All phlebotomy supplies and equipment
  • Paid Med Sync & Reconciliation training
  • Paid Diagnostics training (TM Flow & VAT) β€” provided after hire
  • Dedicated pharmacist and dispatcher support on every route
