Job Description

RoleSummary- The EUC & EUT Enterprise Architect is responsible fordesigning, governing, and optimizing the End User Computing and End User Technologylandscape across the organization. This role ensures that all EUC/EUT solutionsalign with business objectives, security standards, and compliance requirementswhile driving innovation, automation, and cost efficiency. The architect willlead strategic initiatives covering device management, identity services,collaboration tools, and certificate lifecycle management to deliver a secure,seamless, and productive user experience.

KeyResponsibilities

Architecture& Strategy

o DefineEUC/EUT architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks. Developand maintain technology roadmaps for EUC/EUT aligned with business goals.

o Ensurescalability, security, and interoperability across all end-user platforms.

Technology Management

o Overseemanagement of Entra ID tenancy and Active Directory Certificate Services.Govern certificate templates, CRLs, PKI infrastructure, and lifecycleprocesses.

o Driveautomation for provisioning and de-provisioning of user authentication certificates.Manage device lifecycle (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and endpointsecurity.

Security & Compliance

o Implementidentity governance, conditional access, and compliance controls. Conductregular audits and risk assessments for EUC/EUT environments.

o Ensureadherence to regulatory and organizational security standards.

Collaboration & Leadership

o Partner withIT operations, business units, and vendors for EUC/EUT delivery. Providetechnical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.

o Act as a subjectmatter expert for EUC/EUT technologies and best practices.

o Identifyopportunities for automation and cost reduction in EUC/EUT processes.Evaluateemerging technologies (VDI, DaaS, collaboration tools) and recommend adoption strategies.

RequiredSkills & Experience

o Strongknowledge of EUC/EUT technologies (Citrix, VDI, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM,endpoint security).Experience with identity and access management (Entra ID, ADCS).

o Familiaritywith PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks.

Architecture & Governance

o Provenexperience in enterprise architecture design and governance.

o Ability todevelop standards, policies, and compliance frameworks.

o Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills.

o Ability tolead technical teams and influence decision-making.

o Experiencewith automation tools and scripting for EUC/EUT processes.

o Knowledge ofdashboards and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor'sdegree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecturecertification preferred.

Minimum 15+ years in IT with good experience inEUC/EUT architecture roles.
