Lead you'll be overseeing a team of line cooks in a central culinary facility to prepare food to be served in multiple restaurants in the park as well as for picnics & special event functions, which consist of group sizes of up to 1000+.

Follow recipes for food to be packaged, distributed, and sold in the park. Follow recipes for food to be served at picnics & special event functions. Monitor portion control and waste. Ensure all equipment is being used in a safe and proper manner. Ensure all staff is following safe food handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout each shift, which includes cleaning equipment, tables, floors, washing dishes, discarding trash, etc. Perform other duties as assigned. Address all safety concerns to management as soon as they arise. Knowledge of all emergency procedures
