The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Drive the integration of radar systems and develop robust test environments and tools.
• Provide technical and programmatic leadership to internal teams and external customers.
• Analyze test data, prepare briefings, and author comprehensive test reports.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, fostering technical growth within the team.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a strong background in Test Engineering.
• Proven experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Hands-on experience with Radar Systems, including software and hardware integration and testing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, with experience in MATLAB for tool development and analysis.
