Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PLM Teamcenter Lead / Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural expertise for enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Teamcenter experience, expertise in PLM architecture, integrations, customization, configuration, and the ability to lead technical teams and work closely with business stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Teamcenter solutions, leading implementation and enhancement initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and enterprise PLM architecture.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in PLM / Siemens Teamcenter implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter modules including:
  • Teamcenter Unified
  • Active Workspace (AWC)
  • Product Structure / BOM Management
  • Workflow
  • Change Management
  • Classification
  • Document Management
  • Access / Security Management
• Strong experience with Teamcenter customization and development.
• Experience with Teamcenter SOA / REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Java, C++, or equivalent Teamcenter development technologies.
• Experience with Teamcenter data model, BMIDE, business rules, and workflow configuration.
• Experience with BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE).
• Strong understanding of PLM processes including:
  • Engineering Change Management
  • BOM / Product Structure
  • Parts Management
  • Document Management
  • Release Management
  • Configuration Management
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, CAD, and other downstream systems.
• Strong knowledge of CAD integrations and engineering data management.
• Experience with Teamcenter deployment, environments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance.
