Java/Python HRIS Integration Developer

Java/Python + HR application/integration experience.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Java and/or Python development experience.
• Proven experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with at least one HR, HRIS, or Workforce Management application, such as:
  • Workday
  • Kronos / UKG
  • Oracle HCM
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • ADP
  • PeopleSoft
• Strong SQL and database development/querying experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting production integrations.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR application integrations and data interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Python scripting and application development.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including:
  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • RaaS (Report-as-a-Service)
  • Workday REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Kronos / UKG integrations.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
• Experience working in enterprise production environments, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and integration monitoring.
