AI Engineer

Position: Senior AI Engineer- Only W2
Location: Santa Monica, CA/ Boston, MA/ NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

Experience: 7+ years in Software Engineering with hands-on GenAI/Agentic AI experience

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with C#/.NET and Python
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI services
• Experience building production-grade AI applications and AI agents
• Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of RAG (chunking, indexing, embeddings, retrieval tuning)
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems using REST APIs and third-party platforms
• Full-stack development experience with TypeScript and React
• Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, monitoring, and production deployments
• Knowledge of enterprise security, RBAC, authentication, and secure handling of confidential data

Preferred Experience

• AI solutions for legal document automation, contract review, legal research, document management, or attorney workflows
• Experience integrating with iManage, SharePoint, or other enterprise document management systems
• AI evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, guardrails, and hallucination reduction
• Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Azure cloud architecture
