The Role

• Develop and present compelling sales proposals for pest management solutions to commercial clients.
• Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and manage assigned leads.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a diverse range of customers.
• Utilize provided technology, including an iPad and sales software, for client management and agreement preparation.
• Prioritize safety and professionalism in all aspects of client interactions and service delivery.

What You'll Need

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• No prior industry experience is required; full training is provided.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license/certification (company-covered).
• Willingness to work independently in the field and in various weather conditions, including the ability to perform physical tasks like climbing, lifting, and accessing confined spaces.
