The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Pegasystems.
• Provide operational support for enterprise PEGA infrastructure.
• Review, test, and implement patches and upgrades for the PEGA platform.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported PEGA environments.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the PEGA platform.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, with 4-8 years of relevant experience (or a Master's Degree with 2-6 years of experience).
• Previous experience developing business system solutions using Pegasystems (Pega).
• 4+ years of experience building, managing, and supporting the PEGA operating system and application platform.
• 4+ years of experience with PEGA upgrade and patching activities.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA Application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, and OOTB tools.
• Proficiency in .Net or Java, along with a broad understanding of web technologies.
