Job Summary
Tryfacta is seeking experienced professionals for multiple positions supporting the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for the Research Communications, Publications, and Web Content Services project. Project: Research Communications, Publications, and Web Content Services

Location: McLean, VA 22101 and Washington, DC 20590
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite from Day One
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours
Pay Rate: Competitive; Based on Experience
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Federal communications, publications, and web content initiatives.
- Developing, editing, reviewing, and publishing technical and public-facing content.
- Managing websites, CMS platforms, Section 508 compliance, and SEO.
- Preparing, editing, and publishing technical reports and government publications.
- Planning and executing strategic communications, outreach, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ensuring compliance with the GPO Style Manual, Chicago Manual of Style, and Federal publication standards.
- Coordinating with Government stakeholders while maintaining quality, schedules, and project deliverables.
To be considered, candidates should have:
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree (position dependent).
- 5–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong Federal Government experience, preferably supporting FHWA, USDOT, or other Federal agencies.
- Experience with Section 508 Accessibility, CMS, SEO, technical writing/editing, publication management, digital communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications, as applicable to the position.
- Preferred experience supporting Federal contractors such as ICF, Client, Client, Booz Allen Hamilton, Guidehouse, GDIT, Amentum, Client Federal Services, MITRE, Jacobs, HDR, Parsons, WSP USA, Michael Baker International, and similar organizations.
- Relevant professional certifications are highly preferred, including PMP, CPACC, APR, Adobe Certified Professional, or STC CPTC, depending on the position.
