Customer Sales Rental Agent

Job Description
Budget is seeking a Car Rental Agent to join our team in Wichita, KS. This client-facing role focuses on delivering excellent service while handling reservations, driving sales, providing top-notch customer support, managing inventory, making follow-up calls, performing inspections, and detailing vehicles. Open availability for weekdays and weekends required
Full-time and part-time positions available
Greet customers using standard dialogue
Handle customer inquiries, including explanations of charges, vehicle damages, directions, and more
Provide customers with computerized receipts
Stay current on and follow all company policies, procedures, training updates, pricing, and promotions
Foster a team environment by assisting other agents or supporting different areas as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Minimum age of 18
