The Role • Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Utilize innovative software for accurate measurements and assessments. • Perform property inspections (ladder/attic access) to assess needs. • Negotiate and close deals tailored to homeowner requirements. • Begin scheduled appointments between 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM. • Participate in daily team meetings to strategize and prepare. What You'll Need • No prior sales or construction experience required; comprehensive training is provided. • Availability for mid-day, evening, and weekend appointments. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance. • Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments. • A strong desire to learn and grow within a sales-focused environment.
