Grocery Team Leader

As a Grocery Team Leader at Giant Eagle, you'll guide a friendly, high-performing team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You'll oversee daily grocery operations, including merchandising, inventory, ordering, and shrink control, while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked department. You'll coach and schedule team members, model excellent customer service, and resolve issues quickly. Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and coach grocery team members to meet service and performance goals
• Oversee daily grocery operations, including stocking, rotation, and merchandising
• Manage inventory, ordering, and shrink control to meet sales and margin targets
• Ensure department cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards
• Deliver and model exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
• Monitor sales, implement promotions, and maintain accurate pricing and signage
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet overall store objectives and community goals
