Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH). The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial modules and hands-on experience delivering full lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end functional design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, with a strong focus on Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of end-to-end transaction flows across FAH and other Oracle Cloud Finance subledger modules.
• Conduct design workshops, gather business requirements, and perform business process analysis with key stakeholders.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed functional and technical design documentation.
• Provide expertise in revenue accounting and revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Support system integration between Oracle Cloud Financials and upstream/downstream systems.
• Participate in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations, preferably including FAH.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support UAT, production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, including Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub and Finance subledgers.
• Proven experience with revenue accounting and revenue recognition concepts.
• Hands-on experience in functional design, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end/full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations (FAH preferred).
• Strong experience facilitating design workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience working on system integrations involving Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in complex, multi-system Oracle Cloud environments
• Exposure to reporting, reconciliation, and accounting close processes
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
