The Role • Define principles, standards, and design patterns for securing multi-cloud and on-premises environments. • Lead working groups to drive the definition and adoption of cybersecurity guidelines across architecture and engineering teams. • Develop secure design patterns and architectural guidelines for broad implementation. • Provide analysis of potential risks and recommend innovative security solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and scalable release processes incorporating security. • Engage with business and engineering teams to define guardrails for seamless adoption of secure design patterns. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience, including at least 4 years focused on cybersecurity. • Practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, services, and on-premises infrastructure. • Strong understanding of current cybersecurity and technology architectures (e.g., zero trust, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization, containerization). • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST) and relevant regulations. • Experience initiating change and deploying solutions in large organizations (Fortune 1000). • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
