We are looking for a skilled and product-focusedย Frontend Engineer โ Onboarding SDKsย to build high-quality onboarding experiences for a technology platform serving globalย KYC, KYB, identity verification, and complianceย use cases.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inย JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, and API integrations, with hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade frontend products. You will work on reusable web components and onboarding flows that enable users to complete identity and business verification journeys smoothly across devices and environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintainย React-based onboarding flowsย and reusable frontend SDK components.
- Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces across desktop and mobile web experiences.
- Integrate frontend applications withย identity verification, document capture, camera, and compliance APIs.
- Develop reusable components and frontend patterns that can be adopted across multiple onboarding journeys.
- Translate product and design requirements into scalable, maintainable, and production-ready frontend solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
- Implement robust error handling, validation, loading states, and user feedback mechanisms.
- Write unit, integration, and automated tests to maintain frontend quality and reliability.
- Optimise application performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend engineering standards and best practices.
- Take ownership of frontend features from development through deployment and production support.
- Contribute to technical decisions around frontend architecture, SDK design, component reuse, and integration patterns.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve developer experience, user experience, performance, and engineering efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3โ6 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong hands-on frontend development expertise.
- Strong proficiency inย JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience building and shippingย production-grade frontend applications.
- Strong understanding of responsive web development, reusable component architecture, and modern frontend practices.
- Hands-on experience integrating frontend applications withย REST APIs and external services.
- Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Experience with automated testing and modern frontend testing practices.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and user-centric interface development.
- Experience working withย web SDKs, mobile SDKs, React Native, or Flutterย will be an advantage.
- Experience withย camera integrations, document capture, identity verification, or similar user verification workflowsย will be highly valuable.
- Familiarity withย Node.js or Pythonย and backend development concepts is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive technical deliverables from development through production.
