Senior Project Manager – HR Technology Transformation

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic HR technology transformation, retiring an existing HR service delivery platform and implementing replacement solutions for HR case management and leave of absence management. This hands-on role blends project management, business analysis, and testing coordination, guiding a technically strong team through collaboration rather than directive authority.

Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of enterprise project management experience, within HR Technology or complex system implementations.

• Strong HR process fluency, with the ability to challenge and refine requirements and translate between HR and technical teams.

• Direct Workday project management experience

• Ability to validate and trace requirements through project artifacts and test plans, and support functional/UAT testing.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, vendors, risks, and dependencies through to deployment.

• Strong executive-level communication skills, including comfort maintaining RAID logs, dashboards, and status reporting.

• Collaborative leadership style — able to influence and align stakeholders effectively without relying on direct authority.

Nice-to-Haves: 

• Specific point-solution experience (FreshService, PulpStream) is preferred

• Prior HRSD implementation experience

• Career background originating in HR operations (e.g., HR analyst) before transitioning into HR IT and then project management

• ServiceNow SPM experience 

• PMP certification
