Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Knightsbridge, London<br />Salary: Up to £46,000 Basic + Call-Out Allowance &amp; Overtime<br />Hours: Monday to Friday (Split Shift Rotation: 7:00am–4:00pm / 9:00am–6:00pm)<br />Call-Out: 1 in 3 weeks The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a close-knit engineering team at a prestigious corporate office building in the heart of Knightsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer seeking a stable, Monday to Friday position within a high-end commercial environment. Working as part of a small on-site team, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance while ensuring the building operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical and associated building services systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively.
• Complete statutory compliance checks and routine inspections.
• Support maintenance of HVAC, lighting, power distribution and other M&amp;E plant.
• Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using the site's CAFM system.
• Participate in the on-call rota (1 week in every 3).

What We're Looking For:

• Recognised electrical qualification (City &amp; Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience working within commercial building maintenance or building services.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of health &amp; safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small engineering team. What's On Offer:
