Cura Health is looking for compassionate and skilled Nurse RNs or LPNs to join our dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide patient education and support to enhance recovery and health management.
- Document nursing care accurately and timely in patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Support patients with activities of daily living and promote their safety and comfort.
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
