Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Provide patient education and support to enhance recovery and health management.
  • Document nursing care accurately and timely in patient records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Support patients with activities of daily living and promote their safety and comfort.
  • Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Previous nursing experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
